Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg

Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourgis an amazing castle located in Orschwiller, being set on top of a high hill which overlooks the Alsatian plain. The historic monument of France today is a major tourist attraction of Alsace. The medieval garden of the castle is as astonishing as the interior of the building. Visitors are allowed to visit the ground-, first- and second floors of the castle. From November to February the castle can be visited every day from 9:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:30. Ouvrage Schoenenbourg
